(Studio) Maryland Governor Spiro Agnew returns to Baltimore tonight. In Agnew's absence, organization called "Tax Rebellion Inc." bent to court requesting order making governor's office vacant because Agnew campaigning away so much. Asked that his $25,000 salary be withheld. Agnew has to show cause in 30 days why judgment shouldn't be made.
