A fierce tropical storm is battering parts of the Caribbean tonight, and it's only going to get worse. Heavy rain is causing flash floods in Puerto Rico. Residents there are worried about possible mudslides. Storm is heading northwest and could approach Florida's east coast over the weekend. A tropical storm watch issued late today in the southeastern part of the state....
