[USS Ranger Captain Ernest CHRISTENSEN - says drugs are viewed as the enemy.] Incident recalled in which six of those who died in plane crash on aircraft carrier USS Nimitz were discovered to have had marijuana in their systems; photograph shown of wreck. [Chief of naval personnel Admiral Mike BOORDA - says urinalysis program is key weapon in war on drugs.] Navy's drug program of testing, confrontation and treatment explained.
