(Sofia: John Laurence) Second round of Bulgaria's first free elections in half a century examined; scenes shown from Sofia, Bulgaria; details given of charges that elections were rigged to favor the ruling Communists. [Student leaders Emile KOSHLOUKOV - says people were threatened.] [Opposition leader Petar BERON - says rulers are corrupt.] Scenes shown from Bulgarian gypsy village where Communists promised improvements if people voted Communist. [MAN - (thru translator) says now they force us to vote for them.] Anti- Communists noted now planning to organize their opposition in the countryside to take on the Communists in fall local elections.
