(Los Angeles: Brian Rooney) Major policy change by President Bush's administration to stop pollution and get polluters to clean up what they dumped into the environment examined. [NOAA attorney Tom CAMPBELL - says we hope to bring more cases to reclaim waterways.] [American Oceans Campaign Robert SULNICK - says it is a hopeful sign.] Exxon Corporation oil spill in Alaska recalled. Expected fight by accused companies, which include Westinghouse and Stauffer Chemical Corp., noted.
