[Anti-apartheid activist Dr. Edward HOLIFIELD - says General Dynamics Corporation is not in compliance with city's anti-apartheid ordinance.] Division in black community over deal with General Dynamics, which would provide jobs, versus the push to continue economic sanctions against South Africa detailed.
