We've been following a tragic story out of Oklahoma today of a man accused of beheading one of his coworkers and severely injuring another. We're learning more about suspect Alton Nolen, including his multiple past run ins with police. Lieutenant Betsy Randolph of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol was witness to one of those run ins four years ago. She says she wishes that she had killed him at the time. She joins me now live.
