[Military OFFICIAL - (thru translator) says government is to blame for the housing problem.] [Soldier and wife Nikolai and Marina SOBLIN - (thru translator) talk about their living conditions.] [Anatoly SCHERBA - (thru translator) says many want to resign.] Possibility that disgruntled young officers will become another force for instability in USSR noted. [USA-Canada Institution Andrei KORTUNOV - says they may turn to nationalism or radicalism.] Need for big dose of Western aid to solve housing problem noted.
