[Texas parks and wildlife department Larry McKINNEY - says oil is toxic to animals.] [Texas water commissioner Buck WYNNE - says it is a mess.] Impact of spill on area's wildlife predicted; further scenes shown. [US Fish and Wildlife Department Dave PETERSON - says marsh is in ruins.] Plans to use oil-eating bacteria against oil noted.
