Tighter rules now to get on planes starting Monday. Feds are intensifying the airport screening process. One big change here. Passengers will have to take off their coats before passing through metal detectors. People could also face extra screening if their clothes look bulky or suspicious in some way. The Transportation Security Administration says the changes came about because of the 9/11 Commission, but the recent explosions of two Russian airliners in flight....
