(Vicksburg, Mississippi) William (Bill) L. Waller flies by helicopter campaigning. [WALLER - says unfortunate 1 candidate in Mississippi race can't win and is only polarizing races; must get vote out.] Waller is maverick Democrat [WALLER - says Mississippi political era is that voters won't respond except for issues on progress, development, better education, higher income and statesmanship.] Charles Evers was 1 of Waller's supporters for governor 4 years ago. Most expect easy victory for Waller. He wants new South image.
