Will he challenge the power of the president and one Yaser Hamdi case led the US Supreme Court to limit the president's ability to detain enemy combatants. Now Hamdi is set to be released. The US citizen, whose parents are Saudis, has been held for almost three years as an enemy combatant. He was captured in Afghanistan and accused of fighting for the Taliban. No charges have ever been brought against him. And his lawyer says he'll be released tomorrow and sent to Saudi Arabia....
