(Lamar, SC) Film of 1970 violence shown. [Supt. Cliff SAVERANCE - says didn't think it'd work, but it did. Courses expanded for all; didn't think integration would happen here.] Spaulding high school still all black, though white high school integrated. White students zoned to go there attend new private schools. Unaccredited schools cost $10 week Those in private schools being bused twice as far as publisher school children.
