(DC) Cost of Living Council meets with reporters [President assistant Arnold River WEBER - calls decrs. encouraging evidence of freeze cooperation.] [Council chairperson Paul West McCRACKEN - says tangible results shown, but this is after only 1 month] Wholesale farm prices dropped though not covered by freeze. Council says could be due to competition with canned goods.
