(London, England) Headquarters for Royal Tank Reg. bombed; damage light. Security worried over Queen Elizabeth's safety at Parliament opening. Some blame IRA (Irish Republican Army) for Post Office Tower bombing and others, but anarchist group, Angry Brigadier, claims responsibility.
