It's guilty as charged for Daniel Pelosi. A jury has convicted him of second degree murder in the 2001 bludgeoning death of a millionaire investment banker on New York's Long Island. The banker was beaten more than 30 times on the head with a blunt object while he was sleeping. The defense had argued his estranged wife could have been the killer. She married Pelosi three months after her husband's death. Pelosi faces twenty five years to life in prison....
