Investigators are looking for the driver of a blue van seen leaving the scene of a massive housing development fire in Maryland. These fires destroyed a dozen homes on Sunday and damaged more than a dozen others. Arson has been ruled as the cause and at least seven of them. The investigators say they're not certain whether the van was involved, but they would like to talk to the driver....
