One day after Major League Baseball players authorized their union to hammer out a new, tougher drug testing policy. The president of the United States is weighing in, calling on players and owners to address what he calls a very serious problem. Spokesman Scott McClellan says there are positive signs that baseball is getting the message, but denied reports that the president has asked his former partner from the Texas Rangers to act as his personal envoy in baseball talks....
