Ever since they took away that Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama state Supreme Court, there has been a slew of lawsuits challenging other Ten Commandments displays on public property. But what a small town in southern Pennsylvania was questioned on the issue. The town didn't fight back. Instead, the city placed that small piece of public property into private hands. But is that just a way for the local government to sneak around the law separating church and state? Todd Connor reports ...
