(Moscow: Jim Laurie) President Mikhail Gorbachev's floundering Communist Party featured; scenes shown from Moscow; details given of his platform that will abandon Marxism as the party's guiding philosophy. [Soviet analyst Sergei GRIGORIEV - says Gorbachev is trying to take the party away from stagnation.] Russian President Boris Yeltsin's moves to contain the party and the bolting of former Soviet foreign minister Eduard Shevardnadze from it recalled.
