(Boston: Tim Johnson) Two studies to be published in the "New England Journal of Medicine" that indicate discrimination by doctors against diagnosing women who have heart disease featured. [Patient Betty RIORDAN; Cleveland Clinic heart surgeon Delos COSGROVE, Emory University cardiologist John AYANIAN, Brigham and Women's Hospital Nancy WENGER - comment.] Almost all heart disease studies noted to have been done on middle-aged men.
