[Lithuanian President Vytautas LANDSBERGIS - (thru translator) comments.] [President Mikhail GORBACHEV - (thru translator) responds.] Incidents at border posts since Gorbachev declared them illegal noted. Falling of suspicion on assault troops of the Soviet interior ministry known as "Black Berets" explained. [Last month, Black Beret commander Boleslav MAKUTINOVITCH - (thru translator) says illegal border posts must be liquidated.]
