Breaking tonight, not a surprise, but Russia has vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution that called on Moscow to halt the attack on Ukraine and withdraw all its troops. That was not surprising. It was 11 to one and 11 11 in favor. China abstained from the vote as the two other nations. The total 11 in favor of the resolution. Just one Russia with that veto. By the way, there also the president of the U.N. Security Council this month....
