(Studio) Prisoners at Ohio State Penitentiary go on rampage for 2nd time in summer.
REPORTER: Frank Reynolds

(Columbus, Ohio) Men in max. security cellblock for study of million dollar riot and fire in Jun. broke loose and captured guards. Men threatened guards if police, state patrolmen rushed them or used tear gas canisters. Police negotiate with 5 prisoner spokesperson who demanded 12 sadistic guards be removed, call for federal investigation and full amnesty for those involved. [PRISONER - explains complaints. Inmates want equal rights.]
