New video from Ukraine's capital of Kyiv. More than 20 babies born to surrogate mothers are now under the care of nurses in a makeshift nursery there as they wait for their parents to arrive from other nations to pick them up. Some of the infants born just days ago. Parents from Europe, Latin America and China either are unable to travel to Ukraine or say they do not feel safe doing so, so the nurses have reported shelling in the area. Many of them have not left work since the war began....
