(Studio) Supreme Court refuses to hear Florida reporter, Thomas Jolley, 27; renounced citizenship in Canada to avoid Army; wants it back. Jolley faces deportation. Court lets lower court decision, that company pension plans can't require women to retire at an earlier age, stand. Court also lets stand ruling that Pan-American Airline give male applicants same chance to be stewards as women have to be stewardesses. National Airline under attack by women's liberate for advertising slogans like "I'm Karen; fly me to Miami".
