[Bir Zeit University's ASHRAWI - comments.] Baker's plan that the Palestinians come to the peace conference as part of Jordan's delegation noted. [BAKER - comments.]

[Prime minister's office Yossi Ben AHARON - talks about issue of Israeli concessions.] Position of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir that he will not freeze Jewish settlements as requested by the United States noted. [At a settlement near Jerusalem, SHAMIR - (thru translator) reacts angrily to reporter's question.]
