(Algiers: Pierre Salinger) Meeting of the Palestine National Council to consider whether Palestinians should attend a Middle East peace conference featured; scenes shown from Algiers, Algeria. [PLO leader Yasir ARAFAT - (thru translator) says we will work for peace.] [Arafat political adviser Dr. Nabil SHAATH - says we are looking for reasons to join.] Saudi Arabia said reestablishing financial help to the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) so it can move down the modern path while Kuwait has unfrozen Palestinian money held in its banks.
