(Supreme Court: Tim O'Brien) Case that is going before the Supreme Court involving the H&H Music Company of Houston, which dropped its insurance company and insured itself after employee John McGann contracted AIDS, examined. [Attorney Donald SKIPWITH - talks about McGann's case.] Justice Department reported backing H&H Music on the grounds that businesses insuring themselves may adopt insurance plans limiting coverage of costly illnesses. [National Commission on AIDS Dr. Donald DesJARLAIS - expresses outrage over the decision.] Department of Health, Education and Welfare Department noted urging the administration to side with the employee.
