(State Department: John McWethy) Decision by the United Nations banning Serbian military planes from a no-fly zone over Bosnia-Herzegovina to prevent aerial bombings featured; scenes shown of dead bodies and UN forces in Bosnia. [Brookings Institution Susan WOODWARD - says the war continues.] Call from Henry Kissinger and former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher for an end to the United Nations arms embargo forbidding sales of weapons to the former Yugoslavian republics noted. [Senator Joseph BIDEN - says the embargo has left the Bosnia defenseless.]
