[WOMAN, rancher Dick RAMBERG, United States Fish and Wildlife Ed BANGS - offer differing opinions on the wolves.] Question raised as to whether wolves should be returned to Yellowstone National Park; last summer's scenes shown of a wolf-like animal in the park. [RAMBERG - opposes Endangered Species laws.]
