Well, a federal grand jury has indicted Frank James, the man suspected of shooting multiple people on a subway train in Brooklyn last month. He now faces terrorism and gun violence charges. James is accused of setting off smoke grenades and firing a gun on a crowded train on April 12th, wounding ten people and injuring several others. He faces life behind bars if convicted. His arraignment on the federal charges has not yet been scheduled....
