(Brussels: Barrie Dunsmore) Decision by Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger to make public the names of some of those charged with crimes against humanity in Bosnia-Herzegovina featured; scenes shown from an international conference in Geneva; details given of atrocities in Sarajevo, the detention camps, the Brcko massacre. Eagleburger said naming Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic and General Ratko Mladic. [EAGLEBURGER - says it is their responsibility.] Meeting of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) foreign minister to consider ways to put military pressure on the Serbians mentioned.
