(Roanoke, Alabama) Christmas, 1971, better than Christmas, 1970. Handley Mills reopens as Canton Mills subsidiary; closed last year with 800 unemployed. [J.C. WASHINGTON - praises cooperation of citizens.] [Mrs. Clayton BALDWIN - says Santa Claus will come this Christmas.] Christmas spirit back.
