[In Chicago, CLINTON - says no political leader can turn the economy around.] Clinton said planning to name Senator Lloyd Bentsen as Treasury Secretary, with Representative Jill Long likely as Agriculture Secretary, former Governor Madeleine Kunin as head of the EPA, and university chancellor Donna Shalala as Education Secretary.
