(Saint Petersburg: David Ensor) Leak of radioactive steam from the nuclear power plant near Saint Petersburg, Russia, featured; scenes shown from reactor and plant. [Nuclear power safety commission Yuri ROGOZHIN - (thru translator) says this incident cannot be compared to Three Mile Island or Chernobyl.] Concern in Germany and the rest of Europe with the safety of Chernobyl-type reactors outlined. President Bush's administration said concerned about nuclear weapons in the former Soviet Union. [Nuclear energy analyst Walter PATTERSON - warns that the nuclear plants are aging.]
