(Studio: Peter Jennings) Second part of an ABC News exclusive on the story of a female Navy officer who was sexually harassed during a naval aviators' Tailhook Association convention in Las Vegas, NV, featured. [Lieutenant Paula COUGHLIN - describes what happened; explains that her boss Admiral John Snyder did not respond so she then wrote to the assistant Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Richard Dunleavy.] [Senator Sam NUNN - says there was a refusal to answer questions.] Naval investigation report quoted. Position of Navy Secretary H. Lawrence Garrett and his aide Lieutenant Mike "Trusty" Steed on the case noted. [Representative Patricia SCHROEDER - comments.] [COUGHLIN - comments further.] Nunn and Senator John Warner reported freezing all promotions until the Navy provides a list of those involved in the scandal.
