Lawrence Garrett in the wake of the scandal developing out of charges of sexual harassment at a naval aviators' Tailhook Association convention that were brought to light by Lieutenant Paula Coughlin featured; details given of the incident, Garrett's presence and the omission of information from the investigation. The cover-up designed to protect the naval aviation's old boy network noted.
