(Port Huron, Michigan: James Walker) ABC News investigation into an incident of friendly fire in the Persian Gulf war in which a Marine plane fired on other Marines examined; scenes shown from the plane tracking and firing on night road traffic that resulted in the death of tank personnel L/Corporal Alicio Felix and wounded S/sergeant Mike Almanza and Corporal Rick Ramirez. [ALMANZA, RAMIREZ - react to the attack.] Marine General Walter Boomer said rejecting the recommendation to charge the plane's pilot Captain Michael Parkins and navigator Captain James O'Hagen with negligence for being off course. [BOOMER - says it was a dumb mistake.] [ALMANZA, RAMIREZ - call it a Marines coverup.] [BOOMER - responds.]
