(Pentagon: Bob Zelnick) Action by the Navy against the senior officials who bungled the investigation into the sexual harassment of women at the naval aviators Tailhook convention featured; scenes shown from the Las Vegas, NV, hotel where the incident took place. Forced retirement of Admirals Duvall Williams, John Gordon and reassignment of Inspector General George Davis noted. [Acting Navy Secretary Sean O'KEEFE - says Undersecretary Dan Howard was relegated to task of referee.] Two previous botched naval investigations recalled. [Representative Pat SCHROEDER - comments.]

(San Diego: Gary Shepard) The future of the Tailhook Association examined; details given of what has happened to it since the allegations of sexual abuse. [Tailhook Association retired Captain Stephen MILLIKIN - comments.] [In July, HOWARD - doubts the Navy will renew its links with the Tailhook group.] The group's efforts at damage control reviewed.
