[Defense Secretary LAIRD - says expected North Vietnam to stand and fight; South Vietnam forces to disrupt flow of supplies.] 2 of 4 North Vietnam petroleum pipelines cut; reaching other 2 pipelines cost South Vietnam heavy casualties.
