(E. Saint Louis, Illinois) Teamsters local fire-bombed; 1st violent incident of labor troubles in E. Saint Louis. Unions had halted work earlier in week after black confrontation over job sites. Blacks have been orging. last 2 years to break down labor job barriers. [Black workers spokesperson Paul LATHAM - says survival of black and white communities at stake; blacks 70% of population; becoming impatient to get into unions.]
