(Sarajevo: Charles Glass) The reaction in Bosnia to the announcement of the Western allies' plan to set up safe havens featured; scenes shown from Sarajevo, and of several people voicing disappointment with the US. [Bosnian vice president Ejub GANIC - says the safe havens would be virtual concentration camps.]
