Pakistan treatment; assembly postponed by West Pakistan Leader Ali Bhutto for 3 weeks; W. Pakistan President Yahya Khan meeting with Rahman, joined by Bhutto; after assembly postponed indefinitely, E. Pakistan declares independence.
