(Central Bosnia: Hilary Brown) The conditions in the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo featured; scenes shown of the city on the point of collapse, surrounded by Serbs and unable to get much United Nations relief aid. Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic said still opposed to partitioning the country into three parts on ethnic lines. [Aid WORKER - says the international community is abandoning us.]
