[SETTLER - comments.] The holdup over the issue of control of two border crossings detailed; Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin's position, the questioning of PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) leader Yasir Arafat's approach to the negotiations and the concerns about Arafat expressed by Jordan's King Hussein noted. [Israeli cabinet member Yossi SARID - wonders what Arafat is thinking.] Unrest this weekend in the Israeli- occupied territories shown.
