(Washington: John Martin) The problem for the Navy about how to dispose of its at-sea garbage in compliance with a new international treaty banning the dumping of garbage into the ocean examined; scenes shown from the USS Abraham Lincoln. [Navy Rear Admiral Scott WALKER - says the plastic discharge problem has been solved.] The cost of devices designed by the Navy to cope with garbage that have now been dumped themselves reviewed. [Senator Joseph LIEBERMAN - comments.]
