(Studio) Thomas Glenn Jolley, renounced United States citizenship; went to Canada to avoid draft; may now be deported to Canada as result of United States Circuit Appeals Court decision.

(Tallahassee, Florida) [JOLLEY - says felt only choice to renounce citizenship at time did so.] Jolley working for Tallahassee newspaper without informing employer of situation until now. [Newspaper Editor William PHILLIPS - says probably wouldn't have hired Jolley if had known of situation; will keep him if conts. to do job; prefers not to comment, in response to reporter question, whether paper will stand behind him if public opinion aroused against Jolley.]
