[President CLINTON - says Iraq must complete its troop withdrawal and comply with United Nations resolutions.] [On "This Week with David Brinkley", United States ambassador to the United Nations Madeleine ALBRIGHT - says the US will act unilaterally if necessary.] The United States rejection of a plan offered by Russian foreign minister Andrei Kozyrev mentioned. [Secretary of State Warren CHRISTOPHER - says sanctions will not be lifted because of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein's conduct.]
