[Reverend Melvin JONES - says police are running in black people.] [Police Lieutenant Charles HOLIDAY - defends the vehicle crackdown.] [Two black DRIVERS, Arkansas ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) Rita SPILLENGER - complain about the towing tactics.]
